Great experience! Ai was able to accommodate 3 tattoos for me and my two family members during their visit to Toronto. The shop is bright and beautiful with an amazing bathroom (v. important!). I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very informative. I felt very comfortable and safe getting my ears pierced. I plan on coming back in the future. My piercings have turned out great with no issues. Extremely satisfied.

Taylor (the piercer) is such an amazing person who is so transparent and open about the process of what's being done. I got my angel fangs done, and the whole time I felt so comfortable. She was so amazing that I literally could have stayed and talked with her because she is so fun to be around (I didn't obviously). She was very quick with the actual piercing, and it didn't hurt that badly. Overall, I had such an amazing experience here and will definitely be coming back here.
