Kyle definitely knows his stuff and takes the time to ensure that his clients leave well informed on after care and next steps. He helped me with a piercing done elsewhere and within a couple of days of swapping to his high quality jewelry, my irritation bump was gone! I even messaged him with a question for a friend who was having issues with a piercing done elsewhere and he took the time to respond and did so very promptly. Highly Recommend! I was pretty nervous about getting my ear pierced, but Keri made the whole experience amazing. She was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to explain the whole process and aftercare. The piercing itself was quick and surprisingly painless because her technique was so spot-on.
