Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I’m honestly so obsessed with my hair thanks to Kaci! She gave me the prettiest blonde for summer — bright, fresh, and exactly the vibe I wanted. She paid so much attention to every little detail and made the whole appointment feel so easy and relaxing. I’ve had so many compliments already and genuinely can’t stop looking at my hair. Couldn’t recommend Ashantay enough. She is so professional, friendly, and talented at what she does. I was really nervous before my appointment, but she talked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. The results are honestly better than I imagined. If you want to leave a hair salon feeling brand new and completely reborn, Lolo's is the place to go! I decided to go from blonde to brunette and was both nervous and excited about such a big change. Kaci was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, carefully explaining everything and making sure I felt 100% confident in my decision. She did an amazing job on my hair and was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel completely at ease as a new client. Thank you so much queen!!

Amazing as always !! Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! Every visit with Kaci is such a treat! I’m always amazed by her skill, creativity, and determination to deliver the best results. I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

Very kind and made sure I was comfortable, i came in for an eyebrow piercing it was basically painless and she was very professional about it, placement was perfect and studio was really clean.
