I had the best experience with Kadie at Elevated Body Adornment. I went in thinking I’d need new ear piercings, but it turns out she was actually able to reopen my old ones. Kadie was incredibly gentle (no pain!) and she completely calmed my nerves from the moment I arrived. Her knowledge, experience, and eye for styling are next level. The jewellery is absolutely stunning, and the entire experience felt safe, thoughtful and expertly done. If you’re looking for beautiful styling, a calm and professional piercer, and truly top-tier service - Kadie is the real deal!

I had the pleasure of getting my piercings done by Jake today. He is a nice and easy going person, as well as very professional. He took his time to help me choose the right jewellery, explain information and especially perfect the spacing of my piercings. Very positive and friendly experience for my birthday as a queer, neurodivergent, disabled trans person. They were super understanding of the transit nightmare to get to their studio, and allowed me to still be pierced even if I was a bit late. I called 30 mins earlier to let them know. The piercing process was very professional and surprisingly not that painful. They explained the aftercare to me well and I feel confident that my ears won't be infected this time. Kadie was awesome to work with, definitely recommend working with them or this studio.

This place is always a great experience. The other day was my first time visiting as the person being pierced and I felt totally comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I got there a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time and they were still able to accommodate me, however if you’re there on a busy day, be prepared to wait for a while! Still service was great, and I have a piercing I’m super happy and excited about. Love the queer friendly spaces, and I was able to bring a buddy for emotional support - keep the good vibes going!

I always have such great experiences when I come to Elevated Body Adornment. This time was no different. The care and attention to detail is always so amazing and I always walk out feeling great. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional. Definitely recommending to all of my friends who are considering adding another piercing to their body.

I was so so nervous about getting my nipples pierced but Katie (as always) made this experience super doable and as little pain as possible. I appreciate her perfectionism and transperency about the healing and piercing process. For someone like me who is particular about wound healing, Katie’s knowledge is so so so in depth and she has always helped me navigate the entire process even months (or even a year) after piercing was completed. I will ALWAYS recommend Kadie and she is my go to piercer for a reason.

I have had such great experiences with Elevated Body Adornment. I've received a piercing and a tattoo and both experiences were so positive. They really go out of their way to make it a comfortable, supportive experience. Plus, the work they do is amazing. I saw Kadie for my piercing and Julia for my tattoo. Both were fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

Such a lovely shop! Clean, professional, and really kind. Had a piercing removed ahead of a medical procedure and got some new jewelry for a different piercing too. Ryan and Kale were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

What an amazing and unexpected experience! Our young daughters were immediately comfortable as they were able to draw on the walls of the basement while they waited! Everything was explained very calmly and clearly to both parents and kids, and nothing came as a surprise. We even got to choose our own music to be played during the piercing! I cannot express how well thought out everything was. Thank you so much for making this an experience to remember! We would highly recommend to any other kids wanting their first lobe piercings.

Amazing experience - super appreciate the waiving of the install and anodization fee! Really shows there are caring and amazing humans working there! Also really appreciate looking out for me long term (eg encouraging to wait for piercing to fully heal before changing jewelry type etc). Fan for life! Ps, also super psyched to work with Charlie after seeing some of their art. Gonna have something of hers inked in the near future!

Kadie was amazing. She has a such a gentle hand and was meticulous in getting the piercing perfectly! My new septum is centered and the jewelry looks beautiful. There was some issue with the balls not screwing in correctly and she *insisted* on rectifying the situation, making sure I walked out with a piercing I loved and that’s exactly what I walked out with. The studio was beautiful and the people were kind, I’ll definitely be coming back for more and with friends! 100% recommend. Thank you Kadie and everyone at Elevated (:

I brought my eight-year-old daughter in for ear piercings. Kadie was beyond excellent at explaining every detail to her, reassuring her, giving her perspective on the experience, and keeping her calm. She was friendly and warm and made the experience so lovely for my daughter. We were thrilled and would recommend her to anyone.

Most professional, clear, informative piercing experience I've ever had. Inclusive in terms of gender identity & expression but also ability - the availability of a lower-sensory experience was so helpful. Kadie was amazing; their extensive experience is evident. Awesome experience - this was a follow-up after a kids' piercing and an additional lobe piercing. Kadie is so knowledgeable, and we experience Elevated to be a very caring and supportive environment. Will definitely be back.

Kadie was super great!! I've been to a handful of piercers in the city and she is easily one of if not the best I've been to. Super personable, professional, didn't hurt more than it needed to, implant grade jewelry, nothing but amazing things to say :) AND she anodizes so why go anywhere else??
