I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

Lisa was highly professional and took the time to understand the specific issues I’ve been struggling with. She immediately focused on the problem areas, and after two years of limited progress with NHS physiotherapy, I already feel noticeable improvement following just one session. I only wish I had booked sooner.

Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

Incredibly relaxing experience but it was very very warm both the water and the air in the room. Would have been more enjoyable if the air in the room/tank was not as warm as it was a little suffocating at times

It is very rare to find a world class therapist. Claire is just that. Understanding the subtle nuances of each individual body to the touch and from the core with her phenomenal expertise. Warwick is blessed to have her. You don’t need to travel anywhere with her on your doorstep ⭐️

I've been coming to Lisa for years for persistent neck and shoulder pain. After each session the pain is either significantly reduced or gone!

Bespoke facial treatment was again everything and more, the massage elements released tensions that you don’t even realise you are holding in your face. Claire intuitively works her magic, the care and attention given to me as the client is always 100% and more. One of the kindest ladies in all of Warwickshire.

Lisa did a great job. I should have booked in sooner, had very stiff back and tired legs. Well worth booking in for a regular sports massage to prevent injury and help rehabilitation/improved performance. Thank you

I cannot recommend Meg enough. She truly listens and gets to the root cause of the problem. She provides wonderful and helpful treatment as well as a tailored prehab and rehab program. I arrived to my appointment feeling very discouraged and left with a lot of optimism and more of a pathway forward.

Claire has healing hands and takes so much time and care every time I see her. I feel and look like a different person when I leave and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I could go everyday I would. Don’t hesitate to book, I cannot recommend enough!

Molly was great. Informative physio that gave me a plan and confidence in my recovery of bulging discs in neck. She read through my report and MRI as part of my session and I’ve come away with things to do. I’ve waited 8 weeks for the NHS to help with physio they haven’t. The £55 was absolutely worth every penny!
