Jordan’s been great. He really listens, checks in with me, and makes sure I fully understand both what he’s explaining and the rehab exercises he’s given me. He’s helped build my confidence around movement and supported me in working through the fear around my injury. I’ve already noticed an improvement in both my mobility and confidence. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physio who’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and reassuring.

I can’t recommend enough. Chris is very knowledgable and friendly. He listened and understood exactly what my issue was. He explained everything he was doing and why. The treatment itself was great. I could feel my shoulder feeling looser and once we were done, I could stand up straight and felt much much better. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Chris and if you need to see a physio then I would recommend going to Chris. He knows his stuff and he really does help! I’ve had this for 8 years and haven’t felt the release I feel right now in so long and I’ve only had 1 session!

Joe's a great physio. He tracks your injury progress and provides effective massage treatment and exercise plans to strengthen injuries. I have recommended SB to friends in the recent past and will continue to do so.

I’ve been suffering with back pain for a significant amount of time. Chris carried out an in depth assessment and for the first time in a long time I felt in alignment. I’ve just signed up for a full course. So hopefully teaching me how to work and carry myself properly. He certainly waved a magic wand!!!

I have been going for a few months with a persistent shoulder injury which abbie worked on brilliantly. She also did a great pre-hab session before my london marsthon and also a rehabilitation session after. Couldn't recommend ore highly.

I have just left my session with Abby, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She took the time to really understand my issues and quickly identified the underlying causes. Her knowledge and approach were excellent, and we’ve now set up a structured rehab program tailored to my needs. I left the session feeling confident about my recovery and in very capable hands.

What a breath of fresh air. Been struggling with my shoulder for quite some time now and after seeing Daniel for my initial consultaion I feel a big weight off my shoulders (pardon the pun). We got down to finding the route cause of the issue and then spoke about how to strenghten before being able to work it without pain and rehabilitate it. Can’t wait for it to finally get better with help from Dan. Thank you mate!

Was having issues with a tight, achey glute. Issue identified quickly and exercises explained to strengthen the area. Also received a massage to release the muscle. Went from a niggling ache the day before to being able to walk in total comfort the day after. Would highly recommend Danny.

This was my third visit to Lancashire aesthetics now and I am always so happy with my experience. Rachel always explains exactly what she will be doing to calm my nerves and she does an amazing job of making my lips natural but beautiful. I will never trust anyone else but rachel with a needle to my face !!!
