Farah has helped me with my leg, she gave me lots of information throughout the treatment so that I could understand what she was doing and why. I was also sent some physio exercises to do between treatments, these have really helped. Thank you

Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I had a wonderful HiFu facial today at the lovely Active Clinic in Birmingham. My skin already looks lifted and I will continue to see improvements for the next 30-60 days so really looking forward to that.

I’ve been to Farah now around 4 times and every time is just amazing! She’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and so welcoming. Always so happy with my massages as she really knows what I need each time and tailors the session completely to my needs. Looking forward to my next visit already 😌💕

Bal and his partner have expertise in so many different issues and provide so many different treatments that I've never left disappointed. Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

Rasesa is very very friendly and the treatment are all supported by medical evidence hence effective

Todays session was much needed to relax body from weekends exertions worked a treat and chat with Symon good thanks

Farah was so gentle and understanding, she helped a lot with my shoulder and back pain, she was patient and really took her time with it, can’t recommend her enough.
