Chanta is professional in her approach to her work, her massaging techniques are methodical and moves stuck energy which helps your body to recover and restores you to your pre-injury or pre stressed state. I can't recommended her enough, if you are feeling aches and pains of just every day life, more then just a massage.

I have a broken fibula near the ankle that I wasn't expecting to be able to massage at all, but Chanta used a gentle technique all around the foot and ankle which greatly reduced the swelling and bruising. She's amazing!
