Ian is so professional and customer focused that it was a real pleasure to spend the time at his clinic. Ian gave me a bespoke facial based on my skin’s need rather than a preset facial menu. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service. My husband never notices when I’ve had a treatment when I’ve had it done elsewhere, but tonight he asked what I’d done because my skin looked fresher, brighter and more taut than it has for a long time. I’m impressed!

Had my first facial with Ian today and so pleased with the results! I'm breastfeeding which really impacts the products that I can use, Ian was really knowledgeable and gave lots of great advice. The studio is lovely, feels really comfortable and rexlaing. Ian also tailored the facial for my skin which was great. Highly recommend!

I was super nervous about having the karisma skin booster treatment but Ian is so knowledgeable and reasurring and really does look after you. Some other therapists can be quite dismissive after an aesthetic treatment, but Ian really does take the time to answer any questions or address any worries you might have.
