This is my 2nd time visiting today. Diane is very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of hair. It's a very calm and relaxed atmosphere, I would recommend Diane to anyone and everyone! She makes your experience a joy. Looking forward to my next visit.

Diane is the best person to handover your hairs if you have thin, frizzy hairs. She is extremely passionate about her work and loves what she does. Although she is a business women but she is not greedy only likes to help people with their hairs.

I've had a very good experience at the salon, I'm really happy with my hair. I've been going here for four years now. Diane is very skillful and professional and helps me feel and look my best. She has done wonders for my hair. I would recommend her to anyone especially if their hair needs special treatment.

My experience was great. Lady was super polite and my hair turned out amazing. She is really skilled and she made me feel really comfortable during my stay.

Once again Sue smashed it. So pleased with my highlights and cut perfect every time.

Well what can I say,this place is amazing, never had an experience like it.ive walked past this shop and always thought looked to "posh" and didn't think was my cup of tea,but they are lovely ladies make you feel at ease, can't be more helpful.the treatments are wonderful my hair feels in lovely, really know what they are doing.Diane has that much knowledge I loved listening to her giving me advice.so if anyone is thinking of going do it,I felt a million dollars.thank you so much

Diane is amazing knowledge and technical ability is 2nd to none. If you ever need to have a hair extensions, I would recommend this salon. Absolutely in love with my new extensions. From a short pixie cut to now, length & volume. After having tape in’s fitted terribly I knew I needed a professional hair extension fitter. Diane is amazing, the colour match was spot on, the fitting was very very comfortable & the cut & blend to finish has made it to look so amazing. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere & Diane puts you so at ease, with plenty knowledge on how to look after your hair. I would strongly recommend to anyone young & old. I love mine x

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth.
