Was late to my appointment (due to traffic) and had an appointment rescheduled the same day, very grateful! Was a great experience and a lovely piercer.

We had an 8am appointment which was great as my 12 year old daughter was up early and excited to have her ears pierced! She was also a bit nervous and Kay was brilliant at putting her at ease for the procedure. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the salon and the piercing procedure.
