Always a lovely experience at The Beauty Room. Getting my brows done has become my little ten minutes of chill. It was particularly nice today to be taken into a treatment room. The smell from the nail chemicals can make me nauseous so I was pleased to be away from them.

Charlotte was very friendly and professional, from the moment I arrived I was made to feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
