This was my first facial ever and I really loved it. She was professional and made sure I was comfortable. I could tell she put genuine care into my treatment and it really shows in my results. I left with my skin looking glowy and feeling so moisturised.

I had the best experience today at lays beauty parlour; she is incredibly warming and inviting making you feel comfortable through out the appointment, constantly checking if your okay and if you need a break which I loved!
