I found Dr Pearl really put me at ease and was really knowledgable, I was expecting getting my lips dissolved to be painful as it was last time with a different practioner but she promised me it would be quick and low down on the pain scale and she was right. Jane did my waxing today, she was friendly and outgoing, professional and very gentle. Laura was amazing! Probably the cosiest place I’ve ever been for a facial and a chemical peel. Made me feel really comfortable and didn’t feel rushed at all… some salons can make you feel rushed at times but Laura took her time really recommend!

I have had a great experience at Skin Zen. I was advised for a Pro Power Chemical Peel (set of 3)- which was spot on! Scheduling was easy and flexible (which I really appreciated). Any questions I had were answered quite quickly and I do see a difference in my skin tone and my dark spots have started to fade. Looking forward for my next appointment!
