Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

Anita is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind and knowledgeable, especially since this was my first peel! I had some sensitivity (as expected) and she ensured I had enough moisturiser and gave me a soothing face mask to take away. I've booked the 3x facial bundle and will be coming here for future facial peels!

I tried the Korean Blue Peel, and let me tell you.. it’s been a game changer for my oil control and acne. I’ve been going through a tough time lately, dealing with stress and persistent acne despite being in my mid-20s. I was initially skeptical about the Blue Peel since I’ve tried so many peels in the past with little improvement, especially for my oily skin. But this one is different! After just two sessions, I’ve noticed my acne is more manageable and significantly reduced now. I plan to continue with monthly sessions because the results have been so encouraging. I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.

I booked 40% glycolic peel. Nice and quick lunchtime procedure, very good routine and price is reasonable. Skin visibly refreshed and radiant.

Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

I had my third Algae Peel today with Adeline. The experience as always was relaxing and healing. This is only the start of my skin journey and already I've seen huge improvements making me feel confident. Adeline has been supportive throughout and is very approachable and knowledgeable.
