J’ai réalisé une pesée InBody chez Octane et j’ai été bluffée. La machine est ultra moderne et fournit des données extrêmement précises. Mais le vrai plus, c’est l’entretien avec François : il prend le temps d’expliquer chaque détail, de relier les résultats à ma situation et à mes objectifs. C’était à la fois clair, motivant et bienveillant. Je ne m’attendais pas à un tel niveau de précision et d’accompagnement. Je recommande à 100% à tous ceux qui veulent améliorer leur santé ou leur physique !

This was a great experience especially trying out the oxygenation hyperbaric chamber for the first time. My focus has improved from the significant brain fog issues I’ve been dealing with due to anemia and fibroids I’m managing. Hopefully, a new routine of wellness has unlocked for me here.

Loved the hyperbaric chamber and the infrared sauna. The owner, Francois is very knowledgeable and professional! I will be returning soon.

Octane Paris is my secret weapon. As a professional snowboarder, recovery isn’t optional, it’s essential. Their recovery package, including cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and pressotherapy, was exactly what my body needed. Cold, compressed, and fully recharged. I left feeling like I’d just carved fresh powder. Highly recommended for athletes who take recovery as seriously as training.

I arrived with a terrible hangover and walked out of there feeling extremely refreshed and reenergised!!! It is a lovely wellness oasis, and they provided great service. Highly recommend - they have the top of range equipment for red light therapy (what I call the red bed) and cyrochamber - hard to find in France as the French are always a bit behind in biohacking and regenerative medicine so I was thrilled to see they have some of the best machines on the market available today. The Shiftwave chair was amazing fantastic reset.

We visited this spa in Paris last week and loved it! The place is super clean and modern, with a lot of new equipment and unique treatments like Cryo and hyperbaric chambers. The staff was welcoming and took great care of us. We tried the infrared spa, which even had its own private shower, and the sound wave treatment, which was such a cool experience. Overall, a really relaxing spot in the city— we have visited several tines and we’ll definitely be back!
