A great place to re-centre. Whilst I usually use the infra red sauna, I'm going back to try the oxygen chamber as I've heard amazing things!

Friendly, personalised and great Feel Good tech at Feel Good Nation. We had the Infra Red Sauna, Float Tank and the NormaTec Leg Compression therapy and who doesn't luv the best leg massage of your life while browsing the shelves of Michaels library of health & self improvement books. Could have chatted for hours about new tech & the latest innovations in recovery & health. This is our second visit and will be back for more - like Hyperbaric oxygen chamber - more!

The HBOT experience was amazing! After just 20 mins of oxygen therapy, I felt instantly refreshed - kind of like having a coffee! the owner was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely be coming back!

Had a fantastic experience at Feel Good Nation. We did LED red light and hyperbaric therapy. Felt really good after the session. The place was clean, easy parking and great location. Our host, Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit and it certainly won’t be my last ,Michael is very friendly and informative I tried the NormaTec therapy boots and really enjoyed the experience

I had previously visited Body WRL to try out a couple of the wellness offerings, but this afternoon my wife and I spent several hours enjoying a number of different treatments. Starting with the float tank, we shared 45 minutes of absolute bliss and a feeling of zero gravity. This was followed by 30 mins of infrared sauna, 20 mins reclining in a meditation/massage/oxygen chair and then 3 minutes each in the cryotherapy chamber which was exhilarating! My wife also experienced the facial cryotherapy treatment and said it was amazing. Perfect Sunday. Body WRL team are wonderful and so welcoming.

I recently checked out Feel Good Nation, and it was awesome. Mike and Frosty were super knowledgeable and really friendly, making sure I was comfortable and answering all my questions. The sauna was super relaxing, and the leg compression therapy left my legs feeling amazing and refreshed. It was a great experience, and if you’re looking for a place to relax and recover, I definitely recommend Feel Good Nation!

Another incredible experience at WRL! Staff are super attentive and I cannot rate this spa more highly. My body has needed this type of healing and therapy for months! The cryotherapy and Red Light body therapy has already eased my pain in 24-48 hours. WRL I am buying packs next and will be a regular vistor ✨💫✨✨✨!!

We always walk out of feel good nation feeling so amazing. Facilities are state of the art and the owner Mike is a super lovely, knowledgeable and interesting guy…we love chatting to him about anything health related, he offers a great perspective on things! I usually have a combo of red light therapy, normatec boots and infrared sauna. I went for a session last night, my body was really achey from a half marathon a couple of days earlier and I feel so much better today :))))) My husband has cryotherapy and the oxygen chamber (can’t remember what it’s called). This place is a gem

Great place to go, super clean and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I booked a 1 hour floatation therapy session and Normatec boots, enjoyed them very much and will definitely be a returning customer. Keen to try the infrared sauna next. The Normatec boots made my legs feel brand new, must try if your work requires you to stand all day.

I was well directed in the procedure, good responses given to particular questions about the therapy. Well organised and on-time
