I have only been twice but Body WRL already feels like home. From the moment you walk if i'm till the moment you leave it is the most wonderful experience and you are definitely the most important person in the world , highly recommended and this will be added to my permanent rotation

Friendly, personalised and great Feel Good tech at Feel Good Nation. We had the Infra Red Sauna, Float Tank and the NormaTec Leg Compression therapy and who doesn't luv the best leg massage of your life while browsing the shelves of Michaels library of health & self improvement books. Could have chatted for hours about new tech & the latest innovations in recovery & health. This is our second visit and will be back for more - like Hyperbaric oxygen chamber - more!

We always walk out of feel good nation feeling so amazing. Facilities are state of the art and the owner Mike is a super lovely, knowledgeable and interesting guy…we love chatting to him about anything health related, he offers a great perspective on things! I usually have a combo of red light therapy, normatec boots and infrared sauna. I went for a session last night, my body was really achey from a half marathon a couple of days earlier and I feel so much better today :))))) My husband has cryotherapy and the oxygen chamber (can’t remember what it’s called). This place is a gem

Welcoming host. Great tour and run down of the facilities, and how each treatment works. The float therapy was very relaxing and was over before I knew it!

Great place to go, super clean and relaxing. Staff were very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. I booked a 1 hour floatation therapy session and Normatec boots, enjoyed them very much and will definitely be a returning customer. Keen to try the infrared sauna next. The Normatec boots made my legs feel brand new, must try if your work requires you to stand all day.

Super friendly service and overall a great vibe. It was my first time trying Body WRL and Kenny (I think I’ve got the team member’s name right) was great at explaining how the Oxygen therapy works and getting me completely comfortable with it before starting the session. Will 100% bring visiting Body WRL again in the future.

The staff are lovely, helpful and calm. I tried Cryotherapy for the first time and it was much easier than I was expecting, loved it!

This place is so relaxing one of my fav place to visit amazing customer service.
