I have been seeing Dr Amy at Vitality House for a few months now and can highly recommend both her, as well as Vitality House. Dr Amy is amazing, both as a professional and a person. The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably improved mobility. Highly recommend for anyone needing real relief from muscle tightness or stress—this place is a hidden gem! So much love for the space and people at Vitality House. Can't wait for my next massage.

incredible! I came in so stressed and uptight… this was so needed. Tonnille was insanely good.. knew exactly where I was tight and needed attention. She did so many different strokes and techniques, one of the best massages I’ve had in a long long time, I’ve practiced massage and worked in a day spa… so that’s saying something!
