I had such a wonderful experience with Ash, the Beautician. She did my nails and waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s professional, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. I am incredibly happy that I could just go with a color and Merilyn brought her creative side and a masterpiece so impeccably unique arose! The Evo gel from Biosculpture works incredibly well and she dehydrates my sweaty palms to give me that confidence that my nails would never lift. Danai was friendly and efficient. No unnecessary small talk. My gel overlay on my hands turned out great. I noticed that she didn’t shape my nails at all, not sure if this is standard with what I booked. Overall I am happy and will definitely return.

Had the best experience here getting my acrylics and gel toes done! Felt so welcomed and comfortable the whole time, my nails turned out even better than I expected. I haven’t found another salon in cape town that comes close to the experience and value here, I will definitely be back!!

I am a regular at One 2 One for nails services and once again had an exceptional experience. The service was professional as always, and the tech was incredibly accommodating to my needs. I decided to try their brow services, having been loyal to the same technician for the past 5 years, and I'm thrilled to say they exceeded my expectations. From now on, she'll be my go-to brow technician as well. Additionally, I had soft gel nails done and an express pedi, both of which turned out beautifully. Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

I had such a lovely experience! Shamima was absolutely amazing! So genuine, caring, and honest. Instead of just doing what I asked to get it over with, knowing I wouldn’t be happy with the result, she really listened and gave me valuable advice. That kind of honesty and care is so rare, and I truly felt looked after. The care she took in doing my nails is unmatched! She takes so much pride in her work. My nails have never looked better. Lindy also did a beautiful job on my pedi. Her friendly demeanour makes you feel so comfortable! I’m so grateful to them both and can’t wait to come back!
