Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

As a customer, you are always greeted and made to feel very welcome at Gloss Studios. A drink is always offered before Sarah, the wonderful nail artist, sets to work on your nails. After about an hour you leave Gloss Sudios with a wonderful set of talons and feeling great. I would thoroughly recommend Sarah at Gloss Studio, Lancaster!

Appointment for my wedding nails and Beth did the most beautiful French gel manicure, I knew she would! I was treated with the warmest welcome and made to feel special throughout my appointment. I can’t recommend Charlotte enough! She is an absolute perfectionist and always delivers the most beautiful nails. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Not only is she talented, but she’s also warm, friendly, and makes every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Whether you’re after a classic manicure or something more creative, Charlotte always exceeds expectations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – she’s the best!

Tracey did her magic. My nails had become so short and weak I thought they were a lost cause. They now look fantastic without extensions or overlays. Just my nails with gel polish and Tracey’s fairy magic.

Fantastic facials as always by Katie, she’s good at her craft! I only have the half an hour gel mask facial as I’m not fond of being faffed with for any longer! Katie gauges the mood, and sometimes in quiet moments personally is an absolute.y relaxing lovely facial with lovely smelling products and a great touch from Katie. I highly recommend her.

Can't thank the girls enough. Visiting the area I desperately needed the gel polish on my toes removing after a 24 hour running race over the weekend. Unfortunately I have runners toes so just need the gel off so I could see the damage. I would highly recommend. Highly knowledgeable ladies and gave me great advice. Thank you kindly. 😊
