Zita I so lovely. She fixed my nails after a nail place in Walmart Capilano, Edmonton ruined them. I’ve been going to beauty Hour since it was Beauty nails from the early days Dian started the shop. I try different places and I always come back.

I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of my experience here from the moment we entered the salon until we left. Exceeded our expectations and every staff we interacted with were kind, courteous, friendly and professional. Dream team for sure. We drove from Sw Edmonton and I will drive as many times to get my nails done here because if the 5 star experience. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for the royal treatment.

It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

Beautiful job on my gel polish manicure. (Fast too). I still hope someday to have my gel polish removed/applied without the use of a dremmel tool.

My experience was great however I was surprised at the cost of my nails. I had nail art on 4 nails and expected the price to be $25 as that is what is listed as the highest nail art price. My nails are not long yet I was charged $35 for nail art for 4 nails and the others were just regular gel polish. My pedicure was wonderful but with a set of nails and pedicure with one cocktail my total payment with gratuity was $300. I have never paid $200 for nails and a pedicure and was somewhat shocked at the price. $110 for a set of short gel x nails with nail art on 4 nails does not seem right at all

Always love seeing Zita! She's the BEST! Lovely Pedicure and extra care! This time I tried the gel nail polish on my problematic toenails (I am 85)! Nice red polish for the holidays! Five stars for Zita at Beauty Hour!

Absolutely amazing. I get biab manicures which have helped restore the health of my natural nails and allow them to grow. Yulia is perfection. She is very gentle with filing and cuticle maintenance and cares about the health of your natural nail. Impeccable work. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and beautiful inside, always a calm relaxing experience.

I have been here a few times now and absolutely love it! My daughter and I went and had manicures, they were incredible with her and we had such a great time. Went with a group of ladies for pedicures, which went so amazing. The technicians are so lovely and will continue to go back. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Zita is great! I enjoy getting both my manicure and pedicure done every four weeks or so by her. She is very sweet and talented.

Chloe honestly gives "the best" calf/leg massages I have had in a long time for the Spa pedicures. She really takes her time and is a deep massage. My manicures are always great too and she takes the time to ensure the length is good and a nice warm towel hand massage as well.

I had a spa pedicure with Trish and it was amazing. She didn’t rush through anything and definitely delivered on the leg/foot massage. It was just the right amount of pressure and was so relaxing. She chose a color for the gel polish that was much better than the crazy one I picked! My nails were trimmed perfectly and all the rough skin was removed. I’ll definitely be booking with Trish again!

Outstanding customer service. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. Lulu is a perfectionist and takes great care in providing the best gel manicures, pedicures, and waxing using top quality products and her expertise. Additionally the decor changes with each season so always something beautiful to look at. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Excellent as usual! This salon is always clean. My gel nails are perfect.Lulu is friendly and always listens to what I’d like.She never rushes the work but is efficient. Every visit I look forward to, and always leave a happy customer. Consistently the best gel nails I’ve ever had, and the price is so reasonable. I’m a repeat customer because the services are reliable and consistent. Had my brows tinted and waxed at the same visit.
