Excellent. Gail-ann provides wonderful customer service. She has a wealth of knowledge on nail care; the dos and don’ts. In light of that fact, I learn the best ways to care for my nails in between services. I never have to wait on her to finish up other clients whatsoever; I walk straight into the chair. At GBBEAUTY LOUNGE, I am not meant to feel like just a client but I feel like family!

As usual service was great had my 1st underarm wax and with her professional manner I had no pain and I like I was shock when she told me she was done and it look so good omg no more shaving. I love how my nails and feet are done as well and she always make sure you are ok during the process or making sure you are comfortable as well.

The service here continues to be top-notch for over the past 8 years , Katrina is highly professional and attentive and makes sure I am always comfortable throughout my visit. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. As usual, Sheriah was great. I wasn’t feeling the best and was super indecisive so I left everything to her and she more than delivered. I absolutely love my nails and can’t wait for my next appointment. 5 stars, absolutely recommend.

I find Shanice is quite professional and on top of her game. I was so pleased with my pedicure and my nails. Would recommend her to anyone.
