Loveness was very friendly and efficient and did a brilliant job with the nail art on my 2 nails. I only realised now when opening this email this morning, that I was overcharged again (the 3rd time of this happening). I was charged R10 for nail art and then another R60 (R30 per nail). No invoice is presented when paying, only a total is stated, so not possible to check at the tillpoint. In future I will ask specifically for a printout as this keep on happening. Also not sure why I get charged R30 per nail for art which is a simple Christmas bow?

The team is super friendly, welcoming, and they always make you feel at home. My nails look fantastic (actually, stunning might be a better word 😍). Today was my first time going to Danika, and honestly, I left feeling so grateful. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease — so kind, gentle, and genuine. It didn’t feel rushed or like just another appointment... she really took her time, and I could see how much care she puts into every detail.
