My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.

Valdene is an absolutely fantastic nail technician. Her attention to detail is incredible, and every set of nails she creates is a little work of art. She always takes the time to make sure the design is perfect, and her creativity and skill really shine through in every appointment. My nails always look beautiful and last so well. As expected, the shop is starting to fill up quite quickly due to the festive season and there was a slight waiting time. However Monica, my nail tech, was a meticulous with details and making sure I was happy every step of the way. She has a calm presence and eye for detail which, for someone like me who isn’t very picky and worried about it, is such a bonus. She was patient with my choices and worked gently with my nails - especially the one that broke prior to my appointment. Thank you Monica!

This was my first visit at Boa Sandown. It was an amazing experience, everyone was so nice. I came to get my nails done for my birthday and my nail tech, Ropafadzo was so sweet and she communicated with me and we bounced ideas for my nails off of each other. I had such an amazing experience here. My nail artist was honestly incredible and I’m completely obsessed with how my nails turned out. I was offered coffee when I arrived which was such a nice touch and even though I asked for a French manicure on short notice she made it work without any stress. She even offered to do a cute design on one nail of each hand even though we were tight on time and she still managed it perfectly. The design was this gorgeous gold chrome detail and it just looks so cool and elegant. I’ve been staring at my nails ever since and getting so many compliments.

I cannot reccomend Valdene enough. She is lovely and always up to my nail art challenges. She works meticulously and her results speak for themselves.
