Had my first appointment with Sophie today and she was fantastic! She is an amazing part to the team (not met her previously as I moved out of area) but she definitely fits with the rest of The Hub team as they are friendly, terrific and hard working ladies! Sophie was thorough and explained what she was doing and help me figure out what style I wanted as I was clueless and desperate for my lifeless hair to become vibrant again, and she nailed it!

Great 👍 love my chrome Christmas 💅🏻 and with lots of time and attention to detail we got there in the end. They look fantastic can’t wait to show them off over Christmas and they’ll look amazing with my outfit. Merry Christmas to you all at Sunderland hair and beauty and see you in the new year xx

I was booked in with Sophie for a builder gel infill and nail design. Sophie is incredibly talented and takes a lot of pride in her work. On top of that she’s a lovely person and easy to get along with. Defiantly will book in with her again.

Absolutely love the colour! Jess is so lovely! I feel at ease with her and love the head massage during hair washing. I have struggled my whole life going to the hairdressers. I've been to this one twice, and with Jess and feel relaxed and know I will be able to keep going back :) thanks so much :)

Really great service, all very friendly staff and advised me well as I'm quite new to getting my nails done so made a point to ensure I was selecting the right treatment as I had initially booked a more expensive treatment with add ons that weren’t needed so advised me well, did an amazing job with the nail art and saved me money in the process. Will definitely be going back.
