I love my nails and brows as always, but I have to say that was the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had! Oh my goodness I felt and still feel so relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one. Could not recommend The Snug Room more, especially for those wanting to have BIAB done! Jayne always makes sure you feel comfortable and relaxed while she makes your nails look unreal thanks to all the hard work she puts in with cuticle care and product application.

Amy did an amazing job, her artwork skill is so good. She always goes above and beyond to create perfect nails with whatever design I ask for. Underneath that are excellently sculpted nails that are perfectly shaped and last weeks. I am always happy with my nails and would always go back to Amy and recommend her. She’s also waxed my brows to a lovely shape I’m happy with and is so so gentle. Thank you for always making me at ease, it means a lot when I feel unwell and have anxiety. Having someone who I can be comfortable around is great.

I absolutely love my nails! Amy is so talented with nail art and creates anything I ask for to an amazing standard. I am always left smiling and happy with the results. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Jayne listened to my wishes and advised what was the best service to meet my needs. She was professional throughout the appointment. The atmosphere was calming and homely which was most welcome. It’s always a pleasure to be in Jayne’s company. Conversation was friendly, the service top notch and I left looking forward to my next appointment. Oh and my nails look fabulous 😍. Thank you Jayne, I look forward to being at The Snug Room again.

From start to finish my experience at the Snug Room was wonderful! Jayne was warm, welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away- with the added personalised touch of my favourite hot drink waiting for me on arrival. I had both my toes and nails done, throughout both treatments Jayne explained each step and gave me advice on how to strengthen and look after my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, I honestly have never left a salon feeling so pleased with the results…. I especially like the cuticle care given at the start! Can’t wait to return to the Snug Room!

I know all these words will have been said about the experience at the Snug room lots of times. But..the attention to detail, the care, the calm, the warmth, the perfectionism, the relaxing, the amazing job and the level of service is out of this world. 100% perfection, everytime. My nails and lashes are wonderful. Whatever Jayne suggests, go with, you will never be in safer hands ♥️
