My first ever Hollywood wax had me shy enough to fake a dentist appointment 🫣 but Bash worked pure magic. With each strip I felt like “right, here I’m about to die 💀”— yet somehow she kept me going through the silly giggles 🤭. I walked out feeling smoother(front to back) with no pain at all 🤞. Brenda is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her every second week for the past two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always makes me feel comfortable and completely at home. What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Actually my nails look amazing, but I noticed this evening I have a chip on the one nail. Strange though because I didn't do anything that could have chipped it. I will probably pop in on Saturday if you're available. Otherwise my brows,lip and chin beautifully waxed. 🤩

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Tracy Russel Aesthetic‘s service is consistently excellent. Tracy takes real care to understand what suits your face and the results always look natural and beautifully shaped. The whole experience is calm, professional and reassuring. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing and she doesn’t rush the process. I always leave feeling confident and well looked after.
