This was my first time here. Vivi did a great job making me feel comfortable. I appreciate her attention to detail and mindfulness of pain when it comes to a Brazilian wax. It was the most comfortable Brazilian wax I have ever had. I also appreciate the evening hours. It makes it easier for me to do that self care without interfering with my work schedule and allows me to avoid the nasty Austin Traffic. I will be coming back as a reoccurring customer. Very satisfied and pleased with the services!

I loved nood sm! It’s decorated so cute, the vibe is dope. It also smells so good, I love me some essential oils. I was visiting Austin from Dallas and I wish we had a nood over here, it would be my new go to place for sure. Shout out to Vivian! She was cool, calm and collected and helped me feel the same way. It being a woman owned business, makes it that much better :) 10/10 definitely recommend

Vivian was very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. As a first time customer, I felt comfortable and calm. The studio was very clean with cute decor. Vivian did a great job of walking me through the process and making me feel at ease. I will be back for my next Brazilian and brow wax, thank you!

Best wax experience, ever! They’re so kind and great to talk to. It’s always very clean, but still feels homey. And the whole experience is quick, but not rushed. 11/10, I recommend Nood to all my friends.

I had such a great experience here! I went in for a wax and saw Kim—she’s honestly the best. Super friendly and made me feel really comfortable right away, which I really appreciated. The space is clean and has a nice vibe, and Kim was quick but super thorough.You can tell she knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be back and would totally recommend Kim to anyone looking for a great wax.

Sky was pleasant and professional. She didn't even mention the crazy tattoo I have on my mons and I get so tired of talking about it so I was grateful for that. I was a bit grown out and I know it was somewhat tedious for her...i feel like maybe wax wasn't hot enough but all in all it was a good service

Heather was amazing, it was my first wax so I was very nervous and didn’t handle the pain too well. She kept me distracted the whole time by talking with me, she was professional and personable. I would highly recommend Nood to anyone.
