I had an amazing beauty treatment session, including a brow wax and tint, a lip and chin wax, and an LVL lash lift. My brows are perfectly shaped and tinted, my skin is smooth, and my lashes look beautifully lifted and tinted. The staff was professional and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! Just amazing. Maia is exceptional. She was thorough in her explanations and advice. I was a little apprehensive as a first timer. But they were quickly laid to rest. I absolutely loved my experience! Jorden is friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced, with excellent knowledge of massage techniques. My tense muscle knots felt incredibly relaxed afterwards, and the pain I had was significantly reduced. Lovely experience as always, I only trust Rhiannon with my brows and it’s always relaxing visiting The Brow Project. I had to bring my little one with me to my appointment (4 months) and both Rhiannon and Vicki were understanding and super helpful when she got a bit fussy. It was massively appreciated and meant I didn’t have to sacrifice my “me” time. This kindness means a lot to a new mum and made my day.

Amazing experience. The body scrub and massage put me in an amazing mood. I went for the pamper package plus eyebrow and face wax. My eyebrows have never looked better. I felt heard and understood and didn't feel embarrassed about speaking up. I will be back as a regular customer for sure <3

Nails are spot on as always, loving the new shape and cannot believe what great condition they are in thanks to Nicolas expertise. First time I've had my brows waxed as I used to get them threaded elsewhere, never again, Nicolas worked her magic and they are the best shape they've ever been. This girl seriously knows her stuff and she is so gentle, didn't feel anything. I am so glad snd grateful I found Nicola, I wouldn't go anywhere else (sorry you're stuck with me and my crazy stories!) and would be happy to recommend her to anyone. Top drawer, best around 👌.

Nico is always so thorough and does a fantastic job. The rooms was lovely, peaceful and quiet so you can really relax. Definitely my new place for gels and pedicures in Sheffield.

Met Gemma for the first time today for a waxing appointment. She is so welcoming and kind, puts you straight at ease from the get go. The Nook is exactly what it sounds, a little haven of self care where you feel so well looked after it would be hard not to relax! Gemma explained the whole process throughout to ensure I felt comfortable and the wax itself was second to none - she is an absolute perfectionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I already have my next appointment in the book.
