I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

To all the brow girls out there….. honestly no need to look any further than the one and only, Elle. The care and attention to detail to each and every one of her clients is unmatched, she takes so much pride in her profession and it shows in her results. I am very specific in how I want my brows…. And she never misses a beat. If you are unsure as to what you want, then she will advise, talk you through the process and map your shape that is perfect for your face. Just look at her page, the pictures don’t lie. I won’t allow anyone else to go near my brows. ….. so what are you waiting for 🫶🏽

Fantastic facial today. It was incredible one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Jojo was so welcoming and went through the whole process. The products smelt amazing and I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Elle for over a year now and I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else! I was always interested in getting a brow lami but didn’t think it was possible with my brows, until I met Elle. She takes so much care and precision in what she does which shows in her work - she truly is the best in the game! The studio is gorgeous and her energy makes every appointment fun. Couldn’t live without my brow lami now, thank you🤍

Had the dermaplane and hydrafacial. The facilities were clean and tidy, both members of staff were very accommodating and very kind. The lady who did my facial Liv was very good she was kind, gentle and really took time to do my facial. The dermaplane was very gentle and was very relaxing, however I noticed hair growth within 2 days. the hydrafacial was good and my skin was glowing after. I would definitely come back again.

Jo is one of the loveliest and caring people you will meet. She truly cares about her clients. She makes you feel relaxed and pampered. I always look forward to going to have my brows sorted out by Jo, and she always works her magic on them. I always come away feeling amazing after seeing her. What a lovely morning. Fantastic make up for all our wedding party by Charl, we all loved it. Our bride and flower girls hair was amazing. We would definitely go back if we were in and around Redditch again. Our whole appointment was arranged remotely and was just perfect. Thank you so much
