Alyah was very professional and absolutely did herself proud! These are one of the best set of nails 💅 I've ever had. She really concentrated and I could just tell that she wanted to make them 💯 perfect, every step of the way! She also helped me pick a fabulous colour, and I will definitely come back again to see her! Thank you also Alyah, for my fab brow tint and wax! I will be highly recommending you to everyone! Absolute perfection! I usually go for HD brows but I went for the Permanent Brow treatment and I could not be happier with the results! Charlotte honestly does work miricales! She takes her time and really does have the natural knack for attention to detail. I have come out feeling like a new woman! I honestly would not trust anyone else! She has made me feel a million dollars ❣️ I could not recommend Charlotte Cosmetics enough!!!

Amazing as always, I explained what my issues was with my lips and within the hour she made my lips look amazing, I never had much structure with my lips but she was able to give me some shape I am so so happy with how they look she always talks you through the process which puts you at ease, friendly and professional and makes you feel so comfortable will always recommend 🫶🏻🩷

All the ladies in the Spa are wonderful, Amy, Zoe and Trish are my angels. The only negative point is the hedge along the Ramsgate road which needs regular cutting back, I’m surprised no one hasn’t had their face cut as there are sharp twigs, I have reported this to reception but so far nothing has been done

My first visit to Nia at NML and it won't be my last! After discussing what I hoped for, Nia advised me regarding the best nail treatment. Her wealth of knowledge and intuition meant the colour selection for both the nail base and nail art were spot on. Understanding my nail shape meant the tips mirrored by natural nail growth and suit my hand. We chatted away and my nails were done in what felt like no time at all.

She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great

Would give 6 🌟 if was an option. My first appt with Alexandra today, she was so super lovely. I felt so comfortable, as if I’d been going to her all my life! So lovey, and amazing at what she does. Like ‘the karate kid’ of intimate hair removal 😆 wax on… wax off!!!
