Love Enerchi Penarth. Always a warm welcome from the staff. I try and see Joanne every time and we have become friends over the years. She is friendly, warm, helpful and really fast at waxing! Definitely recommend.

It was my first time at Ty Twt and I had such a great experience. Lian did my eyebrows and she was amazing from start to finish. She really took her time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She was very gentle and kept checking that I was happy with the shape and that everything looked right. You can tell she really cares about her work and pays attention to every detail. She definitely understood the assignment! I’m so happy with how my eyebrows turned out and I’ll definitely be coming back. Diolch Lian!

I’m an extra sensitive ginger that has been to MANY lash and brow techs over the years. I have never had someone as amazing as Eve!!! I had the lash lift & brow tint & tidy package, came out looking like a new woman, felt absolutely nothing while she did it (usually stings a lot to just get my lashes tinted), had a lovely chat throughout and can’t wait to go back! 5 weeks later and my lashes and brows still look great, I hardly ever wear makeup now. Thanks Eve 🖤

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

Joanne gave me a full body massage with facial. Super relaxing -worked especially on my tense knotty shoulders. I’ve always found all staff at Penarth Enerchi extremely attentive and helpful.
