I arrived for my appointment very nervous but Heidi was fantastic and went through every step of my microblading procedure, I would rate the pain 0 to 1, my whole experience was great and my brows look amazing, day after my appointment I have no swelling no redness, I can’t wait to carry on with my journey.

Emma has done my brows a few times now and honestly she is the best I’ve been to! Her beauty room is lovely and relaxing. Emma is so welcoming and listens to exactly what you would like. I would definitely recommend 🥰

First time having ombré brows and it was pleasantly unpainful! Jess was fab and took great care to make sure the shape was spot on, and very generous with the numbing cream! End result is AMAZING, they look great and I can’t wait for them to heal fully. So impressed with this lady I took my friend there to ha e her eyebrows done and now.my client to have her lashes done. She is more expensive than the usual places however the quality is alot better and she works very fast so it means you can squeeze it in to your busy day. My client was very happy with her lashes and she is hard to please so what more can I say. I had my brows fixed here, my lashes done here as well as waxing all over. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yesterday I visited Charlie for angel lashes and henna brows …. As my eyebrows don’t respond to the normal dye …. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure my eyebrows came out like I wanted …. Applying henna in stages … her attention to detail and making sure her client is completely happy with there treatments.today I returned to Charlie for gel nails and toe nails amazing job as ever ….. totally relaxed and feeling glam…. Thankyou so much couldn’t recommend this amazing woman enough ….Goes above and beyond always ❤️

Had a full leg wax done by Carlie and she was wonderful. Was friendly, did a great job and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Pleased about the price too. Would recommend and I will be back. Thank you🥰

I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.
