Lynsey is an absolute perfectionist & I am delighted with my powder brows. My previous brows meant it wasn't completely straight forward but Lynsey took so much time to talk through different options, give her expert opinion & then to map them to check I was 100% happy before proceeding. This is the 3rd time I've had my eyebrows done & I just wish I had known about/gone to her the first tine. Super friendly, does a fantastic job of chatting away the nerves & there is only one result she will let you leave with - perfection!!!

With this being my very first spa experience, I was quite nervous to begin with, but that quickly went away during my session due to Ava. She was absolutely lovely, and she made me feel very comfortable during the session as she explained what the session would include.
