My first time in the salon having my lashes and brows done so it’s always difficult to know what to expect. I’m absolutely delighted with my classic lashes set and the shape and tint of my brows. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Best lash tech you will find she’s absolutely amazing at them and her chats and podcasts are always the best please don’t hesitate to ever come here you feel so welcome the min you arrive and she will always make you feel comfortable and fix anything that’s the matter with your lashes or brows with no hesitation she accommodates your needs and will definitely look after you! Absolutely amazing first-time brow lamination, wax, and tint with Caitlin! I was a little nervous at first, but Caitlin walked me through exactly what to expect and gave me just what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend her—she brings great chat too! 🥰

I had multiple treatments! they greeted me with a cuppa before! i had my brows done and they are so nice. i get super nervous about getting them done from bad experience with another salons. the lash lift was so lovely! i also got a hollywood and full leg! she was so lovely! talked me through it all, wasn’t annoyed with me when i moved away when she was waxed my more intimate areas! so polite! so profession! have booked in again !

I've been coming to chloe for quite a few years now. Now only is she my brow Queen, giving me the perfect brows, she is my tattoo perfectionist. I came to Chloe with an idea of a tattoo in memory of my brother, she put together the most beautiful design, we moved around with where to place the tattoo, thank you for your patience. I was blown away with how well the tattoo has turned out. Love, love, love it, Chloe. I will most definitely be back soon and would highly recommend Chloe 👌

Lisa is so lovely and professional. First time I’ve had anything like this done and was quite nervous but Lisa talked me through the whole process and was very helpful (and patient) in getting the right brow shape for me. Finally, I have brows I don’t need to hide!

Iv had 3 sessions of tattoo laser treatment done in the salon to remove my botched brows. Today I got my new brows & they are better than I could ever imagined. Leanne has done a fantastic job on them! I would highly recommend anyone looking for new brows to come here. Eternally grateful Leanne 🙌🏼

Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed. At the end of my appointment I looked into the mirror and adored my eyebrows. Ina listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and professionalism. Cannot recommend her enough!!

Knowledge and care from a professional. I drifted away as I melted into a light snore. I had a heavy emotional day and my heart rate slowed right down. I was made to feel comfortable from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back! Easy to get to from Glasgow central station.

I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .
