Had a great experience today having my lashes and eyebrows done by Ciara. She is such a lovely friendly young lady who is very skilled in her work. She managed to fit me in for eyebrow wax and tint when the other beautician was off sick. I would highly recommend Ciara

Poppy is always so friendly and accommodating, so much knowledge and always listens to what you want. The only woman I've found to actually nail my hair extensions and does such a good job with my brows too!

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

The experience at Hellen Brandao Beauty was excellent as ever💕As a relative newbie to wax treatments. I had some apprehension about giving this another go after my first experience (years ago with someone else) did not go well. From the moment I stepped into The Little Retreat's garden cabin in Epsom, I knew I was in for something special. Lisa has created a truly tranquil sanctuary from everyday life. My Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment was nothing short of transformative. What struck me most was the tenderness—I felt "like a baby or something very precious," completely looked after and nurtured. The flowing movements were incredibly soothing. The Little Retreat truly lives up to its promises—a beautiful space where your wellbeing becomes the priority. I'll book my next appointment very soon. An absolute gem!

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

A tranquil escape in the heart of Epsom. I had the Utter Relaxation package as a treat for myself and it was the perfect way to switch off. Nestled away the cabin is so zen, Lisa has decorated it beautifully. Lisa is so accommodating and I felt really comfortable and at ease, I think I may have even nodded off for a moment during the facial. The massage and facial left me feeling incredibly relaxed - mission accomplished! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full pamper session.
