I had my lash lift and eyebrows done by Kelly and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. She’s warm, welcoming, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My lashes look naturally lifted and full, and my brows have never looked better – shaped beautifully with great attention to detail. Kelly is professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. I felt completely relaxed throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality treatments. Freya did my acrylics and a brow tint and wax and both are really good. I highly recommend Debbie or Freya for any beauty treatments and Charlotte for hair - it's a great salon 😁

A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂

Clare was as always a true professional. Clare explained the process at each stage even though i have had the permanent make up done previously. This was so reassuring and put me at ease. Clare made sure I was happy with the shape of my eyebrows and the colour for my lips before she started. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for this service. You know you are in safe hands. Daisy is honestly incredible. I’ve been to several people in the past for brow lamination and LVL’s but she is by far the best. She makes my brows look perfect every single time, makes me feel super comfortable and is just a genuinely lovely person. If you’re looking for someone who knows that they’re doing, is fairly priced and works in a stunning salon then Daisy is your girl!

Always a pleasure to visit the Salon and there's always a friendly welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Had gel nails and luxury pedicure today, along with eyebrow wax (a first for me) in readiness for a family wedding. Felt totally relaxed and pampered and my cats eye nails look awesome! I loved every minute. So relaxing and cosy at the news premises. My eyebrows are rather thin, it’s an age thing 🤣but Jessica has done an amazing job. I now have thicker brows. Thank you so much, love them and I will be back.❤️❤️

I booked in for permanent hair stroke brows with Clare and I absolutely love them! I was quite nervous but Clare is lovely and put me at ease straight away. Clare is so skilled and my brows look so natural - like my own brows but so much better. Fuller and a nicer shape I’m so pleased I decided to take the plunge after dithering for so long and wish I’d done it sooner! Clare is amazing 🤩 😊👌
