Ri is SO lovely! She takes time to understand what look you want to achieve, is so gentle (I even fell asleep whilst having my lashes done), and makes you feel so comfortable. She’s got my lashes and brows looking unbelievable. And her cat Blue is just adorable!!! Would highly recommend

I had a brow appointment with Charlie today, I was so nervous, and haven’t had my brows done in around 6 months. I have a big scar going through my eyebrow. I never seem to get the results I’m looking for so I just gave up, I then come across Charlie’s page and thought her work look immaculate. So I booked in and I can say with confidence I was not disappointed at all! She exceeded my expectations and I’ve never been so happy with my brows! Charlie restored my confidence and I can’t thank her enough! Safe to say it was an amazing experience, she was so friendly and gentle when waxing me! 👍🏽

Wow! Thanks to Gagan I have the brows of my dreams! Lovely salon, and Gagan is very welcoming and friendly! I have thin, sparse brows, with not much natural shape, but Gagan worked her magic and tinted and shaped them to absolute perfection! Very, very happy with my brows and will definitely be returning!

Fazia was an absolute star, From start to finish, she was so professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. I absolutely love my lash lift the results are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every little detail. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for more treatments. This is definitely going to be my new beauty spot, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever change it. I highly recommend Fazia to anyone looking for amazing treatments and beautiful results xx

I am a regular with Anniyah as she usually waxes my brows but on this occasion I booked myself in for a brow lamination and I am so impressed by the results. Cannot fault Anniyah for her customer service or her techniques. Looking forward to my next booking with her.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Maya was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was my first bikini wax, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and was very informative.

I’ve been going to Charlie for my brow laminations since April 2025 & will never stop. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and always makes you leave feeling 10x more confident. She’s also one of the most loving kindest souls ever. You can tell Charlie exactly what you want and she will deliver every time. What I love most is that she doesn’t do the same brows on everyone she really takes the time to understand what each person wants and what works best for them individually. Her work is tailored to each person which makes it so amazing!!🤎
