Caitlin is the best at explaining things! I sometimes get a bit nervous trying a new modality as I like to know what to expect. I have previously had not so great facial experiences prior to Skin Atelier so this is really important to me. Caitlin GETS it. She explains the treatment in-depth from what you might feel, the experience, the sensations, the sounds, the smells etc. So you’re going in super informed. Yuma is fantastic

This was my first time getting Skinpen Micro Needling, and I was very scared going into the treatment as I have low tolerance to pain - but Nandika very kindly (as always) explained the procedure to me, and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the treatment. I felt very settled knowing I am in good hands. Post treatment, Nandika was very transparent with what to avoid, what products to use and what to expect after the treatment!! I'm very excited to do 3 more treatments and see where it takes me skin!! Thank you Nandika :)
