Wow!! Japanese Head Spa, was my first experience, a little nervous as didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease and the professionalism was top notch, I didn't want the experience to end. I cant rate these guys enough, an amazing atmosphere and friendly. The perfect place to wind down, chill and relax. Treat yourself to some "you" time, i promise you won't regret it! I booked a Labubu pamper session for my two girls as a birthday treat. It was our first time visiting Gigi Vi so I didn't know what to expect but it was absolutely amazing. The staff looking after the girls were so lovely and kind. My youngest can sometimes be a little shy when meeting new people but she was very happily chatting away. My girls are already planning their next visit 😀

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. It was my first time today and am really pleased, I've had my eye brows tinted and shaped. As a 56 year old, they really needed some filling in and the tint has achieved a much fuller brow without being dark. I shall definitely be going back : )
