Facial itself was very relaxing with lovely scented products and a neck and shoulder massage to complete. Brilliant first experience at Kolcheva Skin and Laser. I had the Ultimate luxury hydrafacial experience with LED light therapy followed by a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil, Suzy was wonderful and so welcoming and explained each step of the treatment. This was my first appointment with Jasmine, and also my first having microneedling. Jasmine made me feel really comfortable. Despite the treatment involving microneedles, she was gentle, and finished off with a lovely cooling face and neck massage.
