Well, yet another amazing treatment with Vicky. Today was facial day. My skin was tired and dull and needed a refresh. The products are kind to your skin, work and smell gorgeous. The LED mask is fab, as well as the warming eye mask. I left with my skin looking refreshed and feeling great. Thanks once again, Vicky 🙂

Had my first visit here today… and what a treat. I had a truly amazing back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a scalp massage, which totally left me feeling relaxed, pampered and really looked after. Will recommend you confidently, and hope to be back myself. Thank you

I had a massage with Vicky today and it was a really relaxing experience. She created such a calm and peaceful atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The massage itself was soothing and helped me completely unwind. Vicky was professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a calming and enjoyable massage.

We were greeted in an upbeat and friendly manner by the receptionist who checked us in and let us know what was available to us. We said we’d like to go and get some coffees but instead she took our order and brought them to us. The facilities were all clean and well-maintained, a good variety of relaxation and a lovely outdoor area too.

Had a fantastic prewedding destress with Vicky. Facial, light therapy, hot eye mask hot stone full body massage, feet reflexology and hot wax feet and hands. Very reasonably priced and very professional and friendly. Loved it.

Jackie my masseuse was fabulous!!! Will definitely visit again. Only tricky part was that the children only had 30mins in the pool as the lady on phone didn’t make us aware that kids had to leave by 10 when I booked. But they were very kind and it was all dealt with. So overall a great experience and will return for sure

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities are great we had a lovely morning a fantastic massage and a tasty lunch . Only issue was the water therapy jets in the pool worked once and never again, which was a shame as they are really good at getting rid oh shoulder aches . Thank you to the staff for looking after us so well xx

The last review l gave was bad because it was a terrible day?? But today l booked for my friends birthday just the 2 of us we had treatments they were Amazing we both loved the lady’s they were were fantastic at their job Had lunch open sandwiches Fantastic compliments to the chef Young waitress made us the best Exspresso Martini lovely afternoon Very sad no one called me regarding my last visit l am a local and have been using lakeside for family advents Xmas parties Ect since Terry 1st opened lakeside Would be appreciated to get a response back after all these years of supporting you ??

Nice afternoon. Went with family as a birthday treat. Time went quickly, so not quite as relaxing as I'd hoped as we were trying all the various activities in the spa. Our two hour slot was soon over!
