I had my first facial and microneedling appointment today with Pippa and it was such a great experience. The whole treatment was very relaxing, and Pippa was extremely informative throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. Charlotte is absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I’m a first time user of any sort of injectables and I really did have a bit of a phobia of needles (especially in my face) but I really shouldn’t have worred as much as I did. The numbing cream and how gentle the whole session was just made me so relaxed. The results tho…. Would come again! ❤️🙂‍↕️⭐️🫶🥰

I had a facial and consultation today and it was absolutely brilliant. I’ve never really done any skincare before, so I was a bit apprehensive, but she kept me completely at ease the whole time. Her knowledge was outstanding and she explained everything so clearly. We’ve now got a proper plan and a way forward, and I couldn’t be happier. My skin already looks lovely.

I had my first micro-needling session today which was such a lovely experience. The whole process was so well explained and the initial consultation addressed all my questions. Pippa made it such a relaxing experience throughout! I was numbed for the needling which made it so comfortable and the salon is gorgeous. 100% recommend.

I have just completed my 2nd microneedling appt and I always feel super informed throughout the procedure - my expectations are honestly, clearly managed as well as any questions I have answered fully. I always feel so fresh afterwards and if my second appt is anything like my first, I will notice a big difference in a matter of days! I am so glad to have been recommended microneedling instead of botox (what I first came in for)…it honestly has achieved the results I wanted from botox without being anywhere near as invasive. Thrilled as always and already can’t wait for my third treatment 🫶
