The aesthetician was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic environment was clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. Although this was my first microneedling experience, I’m not new to facials, and I can honestly rate this experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be returning x

Scalp microneedling with Ruby has changed my life! I’ve seen such amazing results and my confidence has improved enormously. I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

Absolutely amazing couples massage! My boyfriend and I booked a 1-hour full-body deep tissue massage for his birthday, and we loved every minute. Aisha and Bhumi were so kind, welcoming and informative, especially with aftercare advice. I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep about 10 times! 😂 The screen between us was perfect, with calming rain sounds, candles and dim lighting creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Herbal tea at the end was a lovely touch. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and like life was worth living again! 😂❤️ 100% recommend, I’ll definitely be back for my own BDAY!

My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. Very very happy overall with the service and results. Thank you.

I met Elvira at my consultation appointment and she was so thorough and delicate and guided me through what’s best for my skin type. Fast forward to my micro needling treatment and I am so glad I chose this clinic. My skin feels amazing and I can’t wait for my next appointment. This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!
