You'll always find a smile, laughter, a good chat or a proper moment of calm and peace. I chose this place 4 years ago (or probably even longer) and I would never change it! Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I’ve been living in London for a year and a bit now and have finally found MY new local nail salon! Great experience, great price and super clean space, love it!!!

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Frist time going to Arooj London yesterday& it was 10/10 service, and my lashes looked amazing!

What can I say about the best service in London! Their work is always perfect, and they’re honestly the kindest people you could meet. I’ve known Selena for 7 years, and she’s done several treatments for me and for all my friends I’ve recommended to her. Everyone always loves her work and her lovely personality.

Luke is knowledgeable and informative. He asks questions, gives recommendations, and displays professionalism throughout the appointment. I see Luke on my trips to London and highly recommend him.

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Dani was great with the Swedish massage and my first time full back waxing. Brilliant pressure throughout the massage and just made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming again for the deep tissue massage with aromatherapy as recommended. Timandra finished off with a good manicure and pedicure. Absolutely best Therapist in London (and beyond!). I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Remarkable PMU and superior treatments.

The body scrub massage is simply superb; so good for my skin, wellbeing and relaxation. Jeff is such a professional, skilled and gentle guy. He really comes highly recommended, and I plan to continue using his services on trips to London. I’m a very happy client.

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.

She's an artist of her craft, got a massage while visiting and now I'm planning my next london trip for when I book her again 🫣🥰 a lovely spiritually cleansing experience
