I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I woke up the following morning with no symptoms and that has continued since. This is a must for hayfever sufferers to have regularly over the season to help normal life resume!

Visited Lisa due to a recurring dose of Sciatica. This time she treated me with Subcutaneous Needling and I have to say I am a complete convert. It is different to usual accupuncture but for me it was more remedial with the accute pain. Looking forward to my next visit x

So relaxing (bar the needles going into my face!😂) Janine is just fantastic. Genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments. So thorough and explains everything in great detail of what is going to happen during the treatment and aftercare is always brilliant. See you soon!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The whole spa was spotless, relaxing and felt so luxurious the second I walked in. I had the infrared sauna, steam room, Turkish foam massage on the hammam bed and finished with a full body massage… honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The staff were so welcoming and attentive and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Definitely one of my favourite places I’ve visited in Liverpool and I’ll 100% be returning 🤍 Donna James

Another fabulous facial from Janine I opted for microneedling after reading the reviews. I left with my skin looking and feeling fresh and hydrated. The following day I had an unmistakable healthy glow. My skin continues to feel hydrated with a healthy look to it. I would highly recommend this treatment.

Went to the chemist aesthetics Liverpool today for a Japanese head spa and had the lovely Alexsia she made me feel at ease straight away. And throughout the process explained what she was doing it was absolutely amazing!! I've came out and my hair and skin feel unreal! I had the most incredible microneedling facial and I can’t say enough good things about it. The entire experience was unbelievably relaxing there was barely any discomfort at all. I actually drifted off to sleep during the red light therapy, which felt so soothing and calming. Every step was done with such care, and the level of service, knowledge and explanation ws, as always, absolutely exceptional. My skin looks and feels amazing! Starting my skin treatments with Skin31 this year was one of the best decisions I have made! Highly recommend 💫💫💫
