Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

From bridal makeup trials to pre wedding facials I can not recommend Izabella enough! So professional but also makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and she’s so lovely. My skin already looks so amazing from my facials! I can not wait to see my final makeup on my wedding day with the amazing results I’ve had from my hydro facials and micro-needling. It is a must for any bride to be not only really works but it’s also a nice hour of relaxation building up to the big day xx So all my brides to be get booked in you will not regret it ! Felt relaxed after service and heals body pain

I had my brows micro-bladed for the first time on Tuesday am so thankful I did. It has given me shape to my face. The lady is a true artist no pain experienced. She was very professional and a good listener. I am incredibly satisfied

My first time with Izabella, was such a lovely experience. She’s so welcoming. And my face literally feels like a baby’s bum! Her hands were so soft she did an amazing job with a lovely massage too. Everything felt so Devine and luxury! Absolute loved it will definitely be booking her again.

Absolutely amazing. She was super knowledgeable about every aspect of what she does. My skin felt beautiful after my appointment this morning and I also know have a much better understanding on how to care for my own skin. I will be booking in again without doubt.

I always feel so comfortable with Nikki, she’s very knowledgeable about all things skincare! I really loved my facial (skin is definitely skinning!) and it was my first time having wood therapy which I felt the benefits from afterwards 🙂

Such a good experience. Shafaq was absolutely lovely. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left she was so nice. The treatment was so quick and was better than the other salon I have been to. Definitely recommend.

I had a 1-1 training day booked in with Resiân and from the moment the training started I knew I made the right decision. Resiân is very knowledgeable and passionate about her skills and really wants to educate and inform in the best way. Everything was explained in detail and no question felt silly to ask. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and the 6 hour drive to and fro was most definitely worth it! Resiân has an incredible personality and I felt like I left not only having received training, but a mentor and someone I can reach out to for any questions. Thank you Resiân x
