Every time I come to see Ainsley, I feel like I’m stepping into a safe, calm space where I can switch off and have some much-needed downtime. I always feel comfortable and at ease. I had Botox yesterday and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! ❤️ I was really, really nervous beforehand as I’ve had Botox previously and found the treatment quite painful, with soreness and quite heavy headaches afterwards. But Ainsley was so gentle and made me feel completely relaxed. There was no pain whatsoever and I genuinely felt like I’d had nothing done afterwards — no headache, no soreness, nothing! If you’re nervous about Botox, please don’t be. You’re in such capable hands. I trust Ainsley wholeheartedly and can’t wait to see my results and return for my top-up in two weeks! 🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently went to Ainsley for my Botox doing. I didn’t feel nervous as I know Ainsley is a perfectionist in everything she does. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I wasn’t left with any swelling or bruising. It’s been nearly three weeks now and i am so happy with the final results. My skin looks fresh and healthy. People have asked me if I have had a facial. They have noticed I have had something done but not exactly what which is what I wanted. I didn’t want it to be too noticeable. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be having it done again. Thank you Ainsley.

Had a planned Botox treatment on 13.8.26. From my initial enquiry of available treatments, to improve my tired appearance, Ainsley gave detailed info on each treatment would create my desired look. I completed the medical questionnaire and consent prior to the appointment day so felt well prepared! Was apprehensive on arrival! However, Ainsley being Ainsley was calm, compassionate and put me at ease by giving me opportunity to express my worries! Face mapping process and administration of Botox explained fully to ensure precise administration. All round fab experience! Thank you 😍

Third session with Shelby, who provided an in depth assessment of my skin prior to commening. From her assessment she adjusted the treatment to provide the best outcome. Afterwards Shelby also gave indepth professional advice for ongoing maintenance and for further procedures that I would like to receive. From my experience Shelby has been highly supportive, given me realistic advice and expected outcomes due to my age. I highly recommend Shelby due to her professional knowledge and especially her caring nature and delivery of the procedures, she always makes you feel comfortable.
