First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

As always- a friendly and caring service. I learned today that the team actually use multiple needles for Botox instead of just topping up with one- in an effort to keep them sharp, in turn making the experience more comfortable for the client. Yet again another small step above and beyond that puts this practice ahead of the rest.

I had a wonderful HiFu facial today at the lovely Active Clinic in Birmingham. My skin already looks lifted and I will continue to see improvements for the next 30-60 days so really looking forward to that.

This is my second time visiting and again it was an amazing experience! I have always been looking for a good hot wax place in Birmingham so I’m glad I’ve found Arivon! Danielle always takes her time to ensure everywhere is properly waxed, asks if I’m happy with what she’s done and explains what she is about to do. Also the background music is amazing lol. Overall 10/10

Love my time at King Thai Therapy. Amazing welcome the moment you walk in. Staff so friendly and the therapist are very professional and do a great job massaging my body. I recommend King Thai as the best massage in Birmingham by far.

Had my first microneedling session with Hannah, it was so professional and I was so comfortable and ease getting it done, afterwards healed quickly with care that I was advised on and my skin and lips I noticed are more hydrated and dry out less than before, can't wait for second session of microneedling!
