I’ve now seen Jaimee twice for microneedling, and she is excellent — skilled, calm, and very professional. She makes an intimate treatment feel safe and comfortable, and my results have been fantastic. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that during my recent session, the manager entered while she was actively needling my face — a precise procedure that requires full focus - Just to ask how much longer we would be. Despite this, she handled it gracefully and continued providing exceptional care. I will absolutely continue seeing her.

I’ve seen Jaimee a few times now for microneedling treatments and I’ve had a great experience every time. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during the process. She takes the time to explain everything and really cares about doing the treatment properly. I’m already noticing improvements in my skin and I’m excited to see the continued results. Im very pleased with my service I receive today. Wish they would have front host to greet and check you in. Myself and 3 other clients waited over 15 minute's before someone greeted us and checked us in.

I had such a lovely, facial experience today. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The spa is beautifully clean with soft restful colours and soothing music playing quietly in the background, gentle piano made it easy to completely relax. My esthetician was professional and kind. She explained each step which I appreciated. The warm steam, the products and the red light therapy all felt wonderful. When I mentioned I was chilly she immediately.made me feel cosy & warm. It was such a peaceful & restorative experience. I left feeling refreshed and pampered.

I just wanted to say .. My overall experience was absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond. Certainly the best experience I’ve had in Winnipeg. I wanted to give it a try I knew I would see maybe some results but I had no idea the results would be beyond my expectations I couldn’t believe how well their products and equipment truly worked without sounding like I’m trying to sell something out. I get the micro needle procedure done with Natasha she is wonderful and she knows and listens to what my needs are. My experience gets better every time and l have gone 7 times now. I also purchase a lot of their products and love them 💯

Experience was absolutely wonderful. It was relaxing and she did a great job with clearing all the dead skin around my fingernails and hangnails. Not a single abrasion which is the case in almost every manicure I’ve received in other establishments. And, in addition, my nails look great!
